Cats? Privacy?
Ok today let's talk about CATS. Growing up, I've always loved cats and any animals with fur. I HATE snakes and worms. But I'm one of those girls who'd come to save the day and kill cockroaches/bees if you need me to (ask azraei. he knows more about this lol. He'd usually run and ask me to kill them for him - gentleman much? haha).
Anyway, my dad on the other hand, HATES animal with furs because he gets annoyed with fur hairs sticking on his clothes and their smelly poops. Growing up, I never officially adopted any cats - excluding stray cats that I've been feeding quietly at the back of my house hewhew. Abah(dad) have set that if we ever want to have our own cats, do it in our own house - not his. haha fair enough.
Now, I'm flatting out on my own with a Belgian girl who has 2 Sphnxy cats! Some of u might know what cat that is but for some who don't, these are the FURLESS cats a.k.a egyptian cats (I call it). Why didn't I think of suggesting this cat to my dad back then?! lol
Anywho, one is named Allie (female) and the other one is Frank(male). Allie is well potty trained and just a good cat. well Frank on the other hand is just.... em.... well, Special-in-his-own-way haha. He's a bit messy and always high in his own world. He's a a very funny cat basically.
Ever since I properly moved into the flat early March this year, I'm thankful that they got along well with me. Whenever I come back from work, they will come down, greet me and ask for cuddles. I have this 1 routine - I will lay down on the couch downstairs to play my phone and talk to my parents. When they got really comfortable with me, there is no more privacy between me and them - they will be a part of my daily routine as well such as:
This is Allie, the female cat -As you can see, she doesn't only ask for cuddles, she will BE ON you. I'm okay with them being really comfortable and etc. coz then I don't really feel like I'm alone. Especially when I'm on my emotions rollecoaster, Allie will come and scratch my door to get in to comfort me. She just knows when you are sad.
This morning, I'm studying my diploma (I will explain about this in a later post hehe) on my bed. Then, I heard Allie scratching my door as per usual - morning cuddles!!! So this happened......
They invaded my bed! Btw, the 'skin' cat you're looking is Frank - the furless original sphynx cat. Allie has a little bit of gene mutation hence, she's not fully bald but like 50% bald lol
There you see it, they're invading my space haha. Luckily I've finished my topic so they can stay there.
It's actually really nice and comforting having them because I sometimes feel a little bit lonely because I'm living on my own at 21. Azraei is 29883298392 miles away and my family are too.
But hey, they're coming in 2 weeks time for graduation! So yiippieeee! :D
I will be updating my real current life updates soon. Still trying to manage my life on my own haha. I find it REALLY hard to eat well - too lazy to cook for myself and eat by myself. Oh well, getting this job is my dream anyway so I gotta learn to manage my wellbeing!!
