A little bit of inspiration
Inspiration is basically what I look for in my life.
My parents are my inspirations so as the people around me.
I easily get inspired when I read stories about how others go through life and their experiences.
To be frank, Im not a novel person and I dont like reading.
But I do read stories and certain things that I have interest on.
Looking how my life had been , Alhamdulillah so far.
Ive been into situations where I feel bad about myself, nothing seems to go right.
Do you ever felt that? Maybe some of you do.
To tell you the truth , I do have low self-confidence when it comes to my charisma and my appearance.
That is why Im more confident doing things in sports because you aim for your goal which is to win .
Whereas music, I play the instruments to express myself. I dont have to speak to the crowd because the music I play speaks itself.
When I enter a school where 'leadership' have become something, I was scared . Maybe my close friends know that Im abit shy if I have to talk in front of the public. Seriously, talking in front of a huge crowd which includes people that you dont know, is NOT an easy thing .
Everytime a teacher/someone ask a volunteer to speak at the front, deep inside of me , "NAK NAK NAK!" but apparently outside of me is like "ahh, biarla dia pi".
When I look at my mom giving lectures, I can see that she enjoys what she is doing. and I was inspired to be like her. She talks as if she knows everyone because she's so comfortable. If I was her I would blabbering and just mumble.
At the beginning of stages being brave, I mumble alot. I tend to talk so fast that no one understands. muahaha
From time to time, as I get braver Alhamdulillah I learnt to slow down and talk clearer.
I respect and salute to the people who can talk confidently in front of the public. Really, is a big thing.
Thats why when I see people teasing those who are talking in front ,I see it as abit rude. Give them a chance.
Just put yourself in their shoes, I bet you wouldnt dare.
So yeah, building up your self-esteem can be hard but it doesnt mean you should not try ;)
Build up your confidence and change the world for a better place .
And better, do it for Islam.
Sincerely ,
Liyana :)
